“Command Prompt” can be used as an easy way to add a user account. When adding a user account, it is mandatory to log in from an administrator account.

  • Type “cmd” in the search bar

  • Now right-click on the command prompt and click on “Run as Administrator” in the drop-down list

  • Now the command prompt will open and run the following command (Change the user name and password as you wish)
net user "username" "password" /add

net localgroup administrators "username" /add
